• Analytics data: if you consent to analytics cookies, we collect anonymised usage data through Google Analytics 4, including pages visited, time on site, approximate location (country/city level), device type, browser, and referral source. This data does not directly identify you.

Booking widget

Our contact page embeds a scheduling widget provided by Cal.com. When this page loads, Cal.com may set functional cookies needed to display available times and process a booking. These are not used for advertising.

5. Who we share your data with

• Google LLC (Google Analytics) processes analytics data on our behalf. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your contact form submissions with any third party.

6. International transfers

Google Analytics and Cal.com booking data may be processed outside the UK. These transfers are protected by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement and the respective providers’ data processing terms.

7. How long we keep your data

• Contact form submissions: retained for up to 12 months from the date of your enquiry, then deleted unless we enter into a business relationship.
• Analytics data: Google Analytics retains data for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted.

8. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict processing of your data
• Data portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
